Terms of Service

1. Who you're contracting with

These terms are an agreement between you and Little Ears Audio, the seller and operator of this site (also trading as "Little Ears Audio"). By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using audio and content from Little Ears Audio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy our stories. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement, or that you have a parent or guardian's permission.

2. Your license

When you buy a story, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to listen to it within your household and load it onto personal devices (phones, Tonies, Yoto cards, family speakers). You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast publicly, or upload the audio to any streaming or sharing service. All audio, artwork, printables, text, and software on this site remain the intellectual property of Little Ears Audio.

3. Personalized stories

Personalized audio is produced specifically for you using the name you provide. Because these files are made-to-order they are non-refundable once delivered — but if anything's wrong with the file, we'll fix it.

4. Orders, payments and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, applicable taxes, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Prices are shown at checkout in your currency and may include tax depending on your location. Membership plans renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase until you cancel; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the paid period.

5. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee on standard (non-personalized) stories. If your child doesn't love it, request a refund within 30 days of your order and we'll refund it — no forms, no friction. Refunds are processed by Paddle; request one at paddle.net or email us and we'll arrange it. See our Help Center for details.

6. Accounts

Keep your login credentials safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the site, scrape the catalog, or upload our audio to third-party platforms. Don't use the site unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, automated scraping). Don't use the personalization field for offensive or hateful content — we reserve the right to decline orders that misuse it.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to your account, downloads, or membership if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, present a fraud or security risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable-use rules. Where practical we'll let you know first and give you a chance to put things right. You can stop using the service or close your account at any time by emailing us. Stories you've already purchased and downloaded remain yours to enjoy under the license above.

9. Trademarks

Little Ears Audio is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tonies® or Yoto®. Those marks belong to their respective owners; we just love the devices.

10. Service availability and liability

We provide the site and audio "as is" and don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service — downloads, streaming, and the site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or a banner on the site.
