Where are my downloads after purchase?+
Right after checkout you'll see a Download MP3 button on the order page and a copy in your email. Signed-in customers can also find every past order under Account → Library.
My download didn't start or seems incomplete.+
Try the link in your email a second time — the most common cause is a momentary network blip. If it still fails, forward your order receipt to hello@littleearsaudio.com and we'll re-issue a fresh link within a few hours.
How do I load a story onto a Creative Tonie?+
Open the Tonie app, select your Creative Tonie, tap the + button, and upload the MP3 you downloaded from us. Place the Tonie on the Toniebox to listen.
How do I load a story onto a Yoto card?+
In the Yoto app, choose Make Your Own, add tracks from the MP3, and link the playlist to a blank Yoto card. Tap the card onto your player.
Can I play stories on my phone, speaker, or car?+
Yes — MP3s play in Apple Music, Files, Google Drive, or any audio app. AirPlay, Bluetooth, or cast to any speaker. Drag-and-drop into your car's USB drive works too.
What's your refund policy?+
30-day happiness guarantee on standard stories. Personalized stories are made-to-order and non-refundable once delivered, but we'll always fix any issue with the file.
Do I need an account to buy?+
No — guest checkout is fine. An account just makes it easier to re-download past purchases.
Are personalized stories really voiced with my child's name?+
Yes. We use studio-trained AI voices that match each story's narrator. Names are dropped in cleanly so they sound natural, not pasted-on.
